Incorporated in 1996, Bit-Tech tentacles spread across Pakistan to efficiently manage and support our clients. We have our main office situated in the capital Islamabad with 8 regional offices all over Pakistan. All the regional offices are independent in their sourcing and providing services to the clients with a solid backup control to enable them to perform their tasks successfully and to the complete satisfaction of the clients. Bit-Tech is the second IT firm in Pakistan to adhere the ISO-9002 Quality Management System. Our solutions are managed and supervised according to the ISO quality management specification. Each product and service is verified in our quality control section before being delivered to the customers. We realize that a project can only be streamlined with a comprehensive and quality documentation of the project. Organizational Hierarchy
Bit-Tech has a simple process within our organization. We believe in simplified architecture to reduce the bureaucratic redtapism. At Bit-Tech, we have three major departments viz, Technical, finance and Marketing. All three departments are headed by a Director and coordinated through one chairman. All the departments are independently being looked after directly by the respective director and a flat structure exists for inter departmental issues. This direct insight of the departments facilitates an efficient organization with quick response to the customers.
Training
No corporate structure can adhere to a change without a comprehensive and termed “Training suite” Bit-Tech provides both in house an on-site training facility to our clients. We import our training through certified trainees and certified original courseware.
Services and Support
Bit-Tech offers a wide range of support services for our Clients. A dedicated Help Desk for Remote Monitoring and Remote maintenance of Systems, Advance Replacement Policy, On site Maintenance Contracts with less than 4 hours response time and System Optimization services are some of the highlights of our Client Services. We uniquely offer “Wireless Network Services” and “Network Problem’s” services to facilitate our clients to check the health of their Network devices.
